"Tailwind Outdoor was the best choice i made for a place to get away to for some relaxation and individual time with my friends. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly during our stay. The facilities were clean and amazing, the setting could not be more perfect especially for the price. Having traveled all around the world I have been to many different eco-tourist sites and found this one to be one of the best. It small setting with access to its own beach was very nice, close enough to town to enable lots of different site seeing and interaction with the locals. Overall, of the month I spent traveling in Mexico on this trip and combined with the other trips i have had, Some of my best days were spent at Tailwind. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone! "

"What a perfect month I had! what was suppose to be just a few days turned into a four week experience. Staying in the eco -bungalow has to be of of my most memorable stays . . . To wake up to literally being in the middle of the palm trees in the jungle was breathtaking and very grounding to be such a part of nature. With the ocean faint in the back and the beach down the steps, the birds calling, the candles by the pool, the dorado (mahimahi) meals, the margaritas, yoga on the platform, what more could one want?! THE JUNGLE LIFE
Blink your eyes
slowly and catch a glimpse of the morning light splintering through the palms
into your bedroom. Relax and lounge in your organic cotton sheets before
parting the cascading bug net and stepping out of bed to fully enjoy the view
from your jungle home perched amidst the palms. See the colorful birds fluttering and calling animatedly as
you use your little kitchenette to slice up some fresh papaya from the local
San Pancho fruit stand. Brew some coffee that grew only a few miles away at an
organic coffee plantation. Now, the big decision of the day . . . what will the
first activity be? Feeling
energetic? Consider maybe a yoga session, a jungle hike to a nearby beach, a
kayaking or a surfing outing. Not
so ambitious? Lounge poolside, enjoy some hammock time or head to the roof top
deck for some sunning and ocean viewing. Or perhaps a cultural experience might
suit your fancy—visit lively local markets, petroglyphs or explore the charming
town of San Pancho.
